police custody after allegedly firing an air gun at another student at Rose Bay Secondary College.<\/p>\n<p>Police rushed to the Dover Heights school about 1.45pm on Thursday following reports a another student what appeared to be a firearm before allegedly firing at him.<\/p>\n<p>A pellet from the ball-bearing style firearm \u2013 known as a BB gun or air gun \u2013 struck the student. No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-c502198b-0 NkURW\">\n<p>The partially selective school in Sydney\u2019s eastern suburbs was immediately put into lockdown and police were called.<\/p>\n<p>The 15-year-old was arrested and taken to Surry Hills Police Station, where he was charged with possessing an unregistered, unauthorised pistol in a public place, stalking and intimidating with intent to cause fear of physical harm, and firing a firearm in or near a public place.<\/p>\n<p>He was refused bail and spent the night in police custody.
