British independent director Rhys Frake-Waterfield gained some notoriety for his 2023 film “Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey,” at best a fun sketch idea that could hardly support a full-length horror film, much less a very botched sequel. But it wasn’t bad enough to merit cultists or a rack full of Razzies, both of which he found:
