“Widow’s Bay” was the most-awarded show at the Emmys this year, winning 14 trophies total.

The Apple TV comedy already had eight wins under its belt at the start of Monday night’s ceremony, having picked up awards including guest comedy actress (Betty Gilpin), comedy casting and music supervision at last week’s Creative Arts Emmys. At the Primetime Emmys, it added six to its haul: outstanding comedy series, lead comedy actor (Matthew Rhys), supporting comedy actor (Stephen Root), supporting comedy actress (Kate O’Flynn), comedy writing and comedy directing.

As a result, Apple TV was the most successful studio at the Emmys this year. The tech giant-turned-streamer took home 28 trophies total, including six “Pluribus” wins, three for “Margo’s Got Money Troubles,” three for “Palm Royale,” one for “Slow Horses” and one for “Mr. Scorsese.”

HBO Max came in second place with 21 Emmys. At the top of the heap with seven awards each were “DTF St. Louis” and “The Pitt,” which were named outstanding limited series and outstanding drama series, respectively. They tied with two other shows to become the titles with the second-most wins after “Widow’s Bay”: “The Traitors” on Peacock and “The Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show Starring Bad Bunny” on NBC.

With its six awards for Apple, “Pluribus” tied with “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” as the third winningest show at the Emmys. Fourth, fifth and sixth place went, respectively, to “Spider-Noir” with five wins, “The Muppet Show” with four and “Beef” with three — with each of the three shows earning all of its gold at the Creative Arts Emmys rather than the primetime ceremony.

After HBO Max, as the No. 3 platform, was Netflix with 16 wins spread quite evenly across “Beef,” “Love on the Spectrum,” “Bridgerton,” “The Beast in Me” and more.
