United States President Donald Trump has expressed interest in adding his face to the iconic and historic Mount Rushmore monument alongside existing carvings of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.

The idea has generated support and opposition, raising questions about whether that is possible.
