NEW YORK — A fire broke out on the Brooklyn Bridge in New York during the city’s Fourth of July fireworks show, spreading flames and causing a plume of smoke before firefighters extinguished the blaze. No injuries were reported. According to the city’s fire department, two fire vehicles were used to put out the fire.
