Fourteen and a half years passed before Jason Alexander finally apologized. On Wednesday, the “Seinfeld” actor publicly apologized to Courtney Stodden for a “comedy” skit the two filmed together in which Alexander, who was 52 at the time, fondled 17-year-old Stodden’s breasts with a cell phone and told her that when she turned 18, he
