“In my illness, I made accusations and did things that make me shudder,” she added. “I have spent my life believing in love, hope, kindness, and compassion. What I became was the opposite: cruel, vicious, mean.” But as she moves forward with rebuilding her personal relationships, her family is at the top of her list.
