I’m using Prime Day to refresh my bedding and settle into cozy season. My mission is to find the best Prime Day bedding deals for hibernating. This brings me to my current obsession with Mellow, a new sleep brand that designs innovative, cooling, and extremely comfortable bedding basics and has achieved massive growth thanks to a large social media presence.
Ever since I reviewed five products to see if this new brand that has been all over my TikTok For You page was worth it, there are three products that I’m continuing to routinely use. The good news is they’re all deeply discounted for Prime Day, with savings of up to 60%. However, the best deals are not on Amazon but on Mellow, where you can get an extra 20% off.
My favorite Mellow products
- CloudAlign Pillow: An ergonomic contour pillow with special zones for side, back, and stomach sleeping that’s shaped like a cloud. I love how it offers just the right amount of softness without sacrificing support, and sleeps cool.
- MarshMellow Comforter: An oversize plush and insulating comforter (that comes in several colors) that will keep me cozy all fall. It also has duvet loops to use with a duvet cover.
- CloudCool Cooling Comforter: A lightweight, dual-sided blanket with a silky, soft, cool-to-the-touch, and breathable soft knit that’s perfect for those who like to sleep cool. I actually slept cool all night long.

Best Prime Day Mellow deals
Mellow CloudAlign Pillow
The uniquely shaped CloudAlign pillow is contoured to create special zones for sleeping on your side, back, or stomach. The foam is soft, cooling, and stable all night long.
Mellow CloudCool Cooling Comforter
The CloudCool Cooling Comforter has two sides: a silky, cool-to-the-touch fabric and a breathable, soft knit, so you can choose your preferred feel. It stays cool all night.
Mellow MarshMellow Comforter
The oversized MarshMellow comforter is perfectly plush and puffy and makes your bedding look full and inviting. Its thick fill doesn’t go flat, and is warm and cozy.
Mellow Puff Pillow
The Puff Pillow features a dual-layer design, including a visible grid layer that’s plush and airy, with a mushy, sink-in feel that bounces back without requiring re-fluffing.
Mellow Pebble Pillow
This round, pebble-shaped pillow is meant to be used wherever you need extra cushion. It’s perfectly moldable and huggable.
The bottom line
Shopping Mellow gives you the lowest possible price with an extra 20% off. For instance, you can pick up the viral MarshMellow Comforter for $104 on Amazon or $82 on Mellow, a $22 difference. However, if you like the ease of Amazon and checking out all in one place, and free shipping and returns, most of the products are on sale too. The only major difference between shopping on Amazon and on Mellow is that Mellow charges a nominal $2 shipping fee and a $15 fee to process returns.

Mellow Prime Day FAQs
Is it cheaper to buy Mellow products on Amazon or directly from Mellow?
Shopping directly on Mellow’s website is usually cheaper if you use the promo code PRIME for an extra 20% off. Even with Mellow’s $2 shipping fee, direct prices beat Amazon. However, if you plan to use free Prime shipping or expect to need free returns, Amazon may be the better option.
Do I need an Amazon Prime membership to get Mellow’s direct discounts?
No. While Amazon’s Prime Day sales require an active Prime membership, anyone can use the promo code PRIME on Mellow’s website to unlock an extra 20% off.
What is Mellow’s return policy versus Amazon?
Amazon offers free standard 30-day returns on most Prime Day purchases. If you purchase directly through Mellow, returns are accepted, but Mellow charges a $15 processing fee, and the return must be with the original packaging.
