With Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” set to bring Homer’s ancient epic back to the big screen this month, readers can revisit the source material in a deluxe hardcover edition that bundles “The Iliad” and “The Odyssey” into a single volume.

The deluxe edition of “Homer: The Iliad and the Odyssey,” now a #1 bestseller on Amazon, presents the two seminal Greek epics in a single 768-page English-language hardcover volume. The omnibus includes “The Iliad,” Homer’s account of the Trojan War, along with “The Odyssey,” which follows Odysseus on his long and dangerous journey back to Ithaca after the war.

The new release comes ahead of Nolan’s major adaptation of Homer’s nearly 3,000-year-old Greek poem. The star-studded cast, including Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Zendaya, Tom Holland and Charlize Theron, touched down in London earlier this week for its world premiere, marking the official launch of what many expect to become one of the summer’s hottest releases.

Nolan’s adaptation follows Odysseus after the Trojan War, as he encounters mythical figures and threats on his way back home, including the Cyclops, the Sirens, and Calypso.
