“It was stressful and miserable at times,” he admitted. “I made myself miserable.”

While the hollywood Star noted that his behavior partially “translated” into a dedicated work ethic, there was a larger internal battle at play.

“Actually, it was basically obsessive behavior,” Parsons told the podcast host. jon dean. “Yes, he was disciplined. Yes, he had a good work ethic, but a lot of that was because he was kind of OCD by nature.”

As he recalled, “I basically had a list of things in my head that I had to do to be comfortable and know that I could do my job well, which I don’t think was true.”
