Rumors are surfacing about whether pop queen Taylor Swift will marry NFL star Travis Kelce at New York City’s Madison Square Garden over the Fourth of July Independence Day weekend, after city officials confirmed someone has applied for a nearby street closure permit.
The New York mayor’s office told the BBC that a permit was submitted in early June to close roads around the site from July 2 to 4.
