Bollywood star Jacqueline Fernandez is launching an artificial intelligence-powered digital avatar that gives the public access to her personal book recommendations, late-night musings and stories from her own life.
The avatar was created by Galleri5, Collective Artists Network’s in-house AI studio, using AI conversation tools, speech synthesis, and interactive narrative technology. It is based on Fernández’s personality and worldview and not simply on his likeness.
Fernandez broke through with the psychological thriller “Murder 2” (2011) and went on to star in a string of top-grossing Hindi films, including the action blockbuster “Kick” (2014) alongside Salman Khan, the “Housefull” franchise and the Kannada action thriller “Vikrant Rona” (2022). He currently appears in the successful ensemble comedy “Welcome to the Jungle,” which is playing in theaters. Born in Sri Lanka and based in Mumbai, she was crowned Miss Universe Sri Lanka 2006 before launching her film career in India.
At the center of the avatar experience is a book club, through which the digital character will share titles that have informed their thinking along with their own comments and recommendations. The platform also relies on what the ad calls her “2am thoughts”: snippets of self-reflection and personal anecdotes drawn from different chapters of her life, framed as material that doesn’t typically fit into standard celebrity content formats.
“I have always loved sharing the things that inspire me, whether it be a book, a conversation, a lesson I learned or just a thought that stuck in my mind,” Fernández said. “This avatar creates a whole new way of doing that. It allows me to connect with people through stories, ideas and experiences that may not always find a place on social media.”
Collective Artists Network has positioned the launch as part of its broader push to use technology to deepen audience engagement while preserving each creator’s authentic voice. New content, book club additions, and conversations will be added on an ongoing basis.
Galleri5 has been developing production capabilities and AI avatars across its talent network. Fernández’s construction is among the most editorial applications of that technology, focused on ideas and literature rather than brand promotion.
